Thanks for the info! I assumed it was either Melbourne or Sydney, I hadn’t considered Brisbane.

Two things. 1) Coos uniforms are most similar to QLD and 2) the sign outside the restaurant reads China Sea which was in Brisbane China Town until 2005 when it moved to Milton. So this is a video of an arrest in Brisbane Chinatown and judging by the number of police the guy wasn’t just a dine and dasher – unless it is actually a re-enactment.

Couple of things that are easy to deduce from the foootage is that the police uniforms are a closest fit to QLD and that the video was shot outside the China Sea Chinese Seafood restaurant in Brisbane Chinatown. The restaurant has now moved to Milton. The Brown Cardigan video appears to be the same guy in modern times. Hopefully they’ll spill the beans at least on whether he is an actor.
